Mr. Murali is CEPA-Certified Exit Planning Advisor at LINK Enterprise. As an Exit Planning Advisor, he helps business owners by de-risking their business, increase its value, identifying the right buyers, structuring the deal and maximizing the sale proceeds. Along this journey he also help the business owners prepare and transition seamlessly to the next act in their life.
He has more than 20 years of experience as a business transformation consultant, an entrepreneur and a startup advisor. He also founded a VR gaming start-up, expanded franchise network and transitioned out successfully. He has an Engineering Degree and Masters in International Relations from Tufts University. He is a CEPA certified Exit Planning advisor.

Ph.D. in Materials Science from the University of Arizona, Tucson, and a Master’s degree from Indian Institute of Sciences, Bangalore.
