Fran Marie is the Marketing manager at LINK Silicon Valley.
She was working before in the BPO industry for 13 years. She is an experienced Center Manager in Sales and Marketing and demonstrated a collective of 12 years in the outsourcing/offshoring industry. Her last 8 years before joining Link Silicon Valley was in outbound sales and Lead Generation. Due to her efforts a startup team with 15 seats was able to grow to an FTE of 3200.
Her experiences are both in b2b and b2c campaigns. Her expertise has been proven in Managing Operations and analyzing Business Process Development.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in business Accounting and Management.

Peter Bygholm is a growth-focused and dynamic leader with comprehensive experience leading, executing, and operating complex real estate transactions, assets, and projects in terms of deal origination, project development, creation of complex and creative funding structures and overseeing the business plan for assets and projects.
Prior to joining LINK, Peter executed multifamily and student housing development projects as owner and key responsible for all aspects, including project preparation and design, financing, construction, and sale.
Peter has spent several years within mergers and acquisition advisory and handled large and complex transactions for institutional clients. Following this role, leading an investment team in a large institutional investment company.
Peter holds a graduate degree in finance from Aarhus School of Business including graduate investment and corporate finance courses from Harvard University.
Peter is an avid golfer, runner, and traveler.

Raj is a Principal at LINK Silicon Valley and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor(CEPA). His passion for business strategy, finance and capital markets inspired him to join Link USA and start a new office in the San Francisco Bay Area. He loves to work with entrepreneurs and enjoys business valuation, marketing and negotiation. His goal is to identify and create win-win opportunities for his clients using his expertise both as an entrepreneur and an experienced leader in corporate world. His intellectual curiosity has helped Raj develop a comprehensive understanding of the business market landscape and trends in wide range of industries – technology, healthcare, finance and retail.
In 2019, Raj was awarded Chairman’s Club, a highest honor at LINK for top deal closings. Raj achieved this milestone by negotiating complex deals that required strong negotiation and relationship skills.
Prior to LINK, Raj held leadership positions in Fortune-500 companies such as Xerox and McKesson. Raj has also founded a technology startup of his own in the Bay area. He has an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business with a focus on entrepreneurship and marketing. Currently Raj also runs a successful basketball league in Tri-Valley.
